The Prop Academy (TPA) is an education-first prop trading platform built to help traders progress from learning to evaluation and ultimately funded trading. The challenge was to translate this journey into a clear, premium, and structured digital experience that builds trust, motivation, and long-term engagement. BOGA was responsible for shaping TPA’s entire visual and digital foundation — from brand identity to website experience and internal CRM interface. The goal was to create a platform that feels professional, aspirational, and easy to navigate for traders at different stages of their journey.

Most prop trading academies suffer from the same issues: overcomplicated interfaces, unclear learning paths, and weak brand credibility.
For TPA, the challenges were clear:
No strong visual identity to differentiate the academy in a crowded prop-firm space
Disconnected user experience between education, evaluation, and account management
Complex information presented without hierarchy, overwhelming new users
Internal CRM tools that lacked clarity and usability for daily operations
Without a unified system, both users and internal teams faced friction at every step.

Our strategy focused on one core idea: turning complexity into clarity without losing depth. We approached TPA as a structured learning ecosystem rather than just a trading platform, designing every touchpoint with progression, motivation, and usability in mind.
The experience was built around education-first positioning, clear stage-based user journeys, strong visual trust signals, and a minimal, focused UI that maintains financial clarity. At the same time, the system was designed to scale with the academy’s growth, ensuring that every design decision supported learning, confidence, and long-term retention.

We designed a complete brand identity for TPA that communicates education, credibility, and growth. The identity balances professionalism with approachability, avoiding aggressive prop-firm clichés. It was built to feel trustworthy for beginners while remaining serious enough for advanced traders.
The logo and identity system were designed to work seamlessly across digital products, marketing assets, dashboards, and educational content — ensuring consistency at every touchpoint.

TPA’s platform was designed around structured learning and evaluation, with the UI built to support this progression in a clear and intuitive way. We created dedicated course and learning flow screens, clear explanations for each evaluation phase, and strong visual separation between stages to reduce cognitive load. Progress indicators and status visibility help users understand their current position at all times, while a calm and focused interface supports long learning sessions. The overall experience ensures users always know where they are in the journey and what comes next.

We mapped and designed end-to-end user flows across the entire platform, covering onboarding and account creation, login and authentication, learning progression, plan selection and payment, evaluation tracking, and dashboard navigation. Each flow was carefully structured to minimize friction and guide users step by step, ensuring the experience feels seamless and intuitive at every stage. The result is a system where users never feel lost, confused, or overwhelmed.
